Because We will use it to get accurate information, so we could reflect in the middle of available competition, to carry out planning, controlling our company in various condition, as well as anticipating "change" that could be happen against our customer.
Various questions concerning customer when wanting to last long.


From various questions that possibly emerge, the first is why customer buy from our company ?

Not few companies ready and even most startling when the question put forward.
Most companies will answer with the product superiority or the service that they offered.
Fully true or only of your assumptions ?
Or precisely because of the existence of the element/the other factor from your business that make them be interested?
Whether actual the Consumer will buy from you?
This was one of the important questions that must be studied deeper both in planning and the evaluation to make strong your marketing in the company.

The Leader --- Not Only make an Order

As also the small size of an organization, continued to be needed by the existence of a leader.
Without a person leader, there was no leading figure of the center that will become the model and arranged the running of the organization.
Therefore, of course the leader's responsibility not easy.
A leader not only must be more well-off than his subordinate but also was demanded to be able to lead the team's member achieved the aim together.

The Leader should Opposed Process
Leader's process must be able to look for the opportunity of changing the status quo.
They could see methods that were innovative to improve the organization. They dared to try and take the risk. But they realized that taking the risk of could invite the mistake and the failure so as they could receive all refuse as the opportunity of staff's development process.

The leader divided their point of view (Vission)
The Leader really believed that the change could bring the progress. They tried to create the future that was clear by drafting the ideal point of view. They had the picture that was beautiful about the organization that was led by them. Because of that they mobilized the capacity with his colleagues in drafting the point of view.
With this point of view, they were convinced could achieve the better future.

Maintained collaboration and the team spirit
Actively they always involved the other person (the subordinate). Good in taking the decision, the idea collection, or other important problems. The matter could like this cause the subordinate's respect that had an impact on the continues support. Because the leaders could create the atmosphere of the belief and the good appreciation in himself personal and the environment. They not tired gave the support and made anyone be motivated to produce the better matter.

Gave spirit of Leadership
They not only governed, order the task or gave the punishment. But they also always gave the good example (Leadership). They created the standard of perfection without making use of the authority with Authoritarian. So as automatic emerged the awareness from colleagues or his subordinate to behave or copy what was done by the leaders.
With good example also, they tried to create the victory opportunity from that was small to that was big.

Maintained achievement
Maintain something that was gotten far more was difficult than when getting him. Then they tried as hard as possible to build the fortress that was strong to maintain the achievement and positive matters that were gained together. This defence need hard work, the spirit that was on and consistency. They not was reluctant to share the contribution with each other for the sake of the progress of the organization.

In basically, a wise leader is a person who could spread the spirit and the positive motivation towards colleagues and his subordinate. The leader naturally did not take the profit from their lead authority, but must be oriented in the point of view that was created together.

Managed Your Customer Database

My friend's mobile phone (lived in the USA) less than 1 year began to be rather fussy.
Because the guarantee still 1 year, he thought could get the free service improvement. Unfortunately he did not find this card of the mobile phone guarantee and only kept the number of the place shop he bought. When he telephoned the shop, they used the unique method (for me) to handle his case.

The shop or the Company, usually keeps the customer's data like the name, the address or the number of the series of the product. But the shop asked about the number of my telephone of the house of the friend's flat. After carrying out the verification of the data, and information showed that he was the customer and the guarantee still current, they are sued the letter to service and for the time being my friend was given the same kind mobile phone and just!!! All of them took place fast, without required to search again and to show the guarantee card that was lost.

My question is, why phone number?


The logic in fact is, possibly that customer's name could be the same in one city then. If the shop sell many similar products each month, the possibility happened the name of the same buyer really made sense. The number of the house telephone is certainly unique because of being registered.

On the other hand the possibility of losing the guarantee card was also very logical. To overcome this, that very important was this shop had goodwill to carry out his obligation, gave the guarantee, to the guarantee card that has become bore he replied.
Usually, if the guarantee card was lost, then purchase proof of the thing that became his foundation, that too did not yet guarantee the guarantee was valid. But, this shop really realize that the customer had the note that was bad in the matter kept purchase proof, etc. So as they had the idea of using the number of the customer's telephone, that his composition was unique, as the reference to keep database his customer. A method that could be made the example.

How with database in your shop or company?
